What is oat beta glucan?

Oat beta glucan is a soluble fibre found in the cell of oat bran. It has been proven to reduce/lower blood cholesterol and reduce risk of coronary heart disease (CHD). It can also help to regulate blood sugar level, support weight management and improve digestive health.

How much oat beta glucan do I need to reduce blood cholesterol?

Each serving of REBOOST product contains 3g of beta glucan which has been approved to reduce blood cholesterol. Daily intake of 3g of beta glucan is associated with 3-5% reductions in bad cholesterol level and leads to relative CHD risk reduction by 3-10%. Some studies reported significant effects on blood cholesterol only 2 weeks after beginning the intervention.

How do I cancel a delivery?
Changed your mind? If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer team as soon as you can– as long as it hasn’t gone through to be picked and packed, you should be able to cancel. You can cancel subscriptions any time; just log into your account, click on ‘My account’ then go to ‘Edit Subscription’.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to UK address.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer standard delivery at £3.50 per order. Orders will be processed within 24 hours and you can expect to receive your product within 3 business days after it has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over £25.

Return or Exchange

We are sorry to hear that! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on your needs, we can help you with a refund, store credit, or replacement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@reboost-oats.co.uk.

What ingredients do you use?

Our ingredients are listed on the product page. We use freeze dried fruits and vegetables to lock in all the nutrients and flavours, we are trying to use as many organic ingredients as possible. We don’t use any sweeteners and artificial flavours.  Our oat beta glucan is extracted from Swedish, GMO-free, wholegrain oats without the use of chemicals.

Are REBOOST products gluten free?

Yes, all our products are certified for gluten free.
