A healthy and delicious treat to satisfy your cravings. These fudgy chocolate peanut butter brownies are high in protein and fibre. They are vegan and gluten free, taste even better than store bought brownies!
Ingredients
For brownie:
1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
2 tbsp REBOOST Fibre Mix
1 1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup light muscovado sugar
3 tbsp apple sauce
1 cup dark chocolate chips
For toppings:
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C, line a baking paper in a 7x9 inch baking tray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the brownie, then transfer the mixture into the baking tray.
3. Spread the peanut butter and chocolate chips on top, bake in oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Enjoy!
