Pink Chia Pudding Breakfast (vegan, gluten free)

This beautiful pink chia pudding is one of our favourite health breakfast recipes. Easy to make, high protein and fibre, keep you filled till next meal. 


Chia pudding layer
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice
Smoothie layer
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup yogurt of choice + 2 tbsp for topping

1. Combine the milk and chia seeds, set aside for 15 minutes. 
2. Blend REBOOST smoothie mix, milk and yogurt until smooth. 
3. Fill a glass jar with chia pudding, cranberry smoothie, then top with more yogurt and fresh berries. Enjoy!
