4 frozen bananas*
1 tablespoon Fibre Mix
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smoothie.
2. Transfer the banana mixture into a freezer safe container. Cover and freeze to solid.
1. You can freeze fresh bananas for 1-2 hrs before making ice cream.
2. Or use fresh bananas directly, but will require longer frozen time.
3. To achieve an extra cream texture, take out the banana mixture from freezer after 30 min. Blend it and put it back to freezer to firm again.
