Mango & Apple Chia Overnight Oats

Getting into holiday spirit? Fancy a gingerbread biscuit? Why not have your favourite treat with a delicious breakfast? Start your day with this high fibre and high protein chia overnight oats with our mango and apple oat smoothie mix. 

 

Ingredients (Serves 2)

80g rolled oats
350mL oat milk
130g soy yogurt
30g chia seeds
1 REBOOST Mango & Apple Oat Smoothie
10g raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Add REBOOST smoothie powder to oat milk and shake shake shake.

2. Place all dry ingredients into a large glass container, then add the liquid and mix until combined.

3. Cover the glass container, place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
